We are foodies, not a company so this blog and website is all about our love,passion and obsession for authentic pizza and other foods cooked old world style in a wood burning oven. Some of my earliest childhood memories are with my Sicilian grandma, making authentic old world style pizza with simple fresh ingredients like fresh oregano, good tomatoes (San Marzano) if we could get them and a high quality olive oil and imported cheeses.
We think that if you eat more pizza you will live a better happier life! We don’t take life to serious and we want you to be like family and friends to us, not customers. Corporate America cares way to much about profits, we care about making our customers happy with food cooked old world style. Nothing beats the smell, texture and flavor of a pizza cooked in your backyard authentic wood fired brick oven!
